Day 1 Tanzania Arrival | Safari in Tanzania

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your guide will greet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. You will have the rest of the day to relax and acclimate. Overnight in Arusha.

Day 2 Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a haven for tree-climbing lions and over 400 bird species. Spend the day on a game drive exploring its lush scenery, spotting elephants, giraffes, and hippos. Overnight at a lodge or camp near Lake Manyara.

Day 3 Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater

In the morning, travel to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater for a full day of wildlife viewing. The crater is teeming with animals, including lions, elephants, rhinos, zebras, and flamingos. Overnight at a lodge or camp on the crater rim, enjoying the stunning views.

Day 4 Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park (Central Serengeti)

After breakfast, head toward the Serengeti National Park. Arrive in Central Serengeti and enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge or camp. This area is known for its resident wildlife, including big cats and elephants. Overnight in Central Serengeti.

Day 5 Serengeti National Park (Full Day Safari)

Spend a full day exploring the vast plains of Serengeti National Park. Embark on morning and afternoon game drives to spot the Big Five and, if the timing is right, witness part of the Great Migration. Overnight in Central Serengeti.

Day 6 Serengeti National Park (Full Day Safari)

Continue your exploration of the Serengeti, venturing into new areas of the park to see more wildlife and scenic landscapes. Enjoy another day of exciting game drives, capturing unforgettable safari moments. Overnight in Northern or Western Serengeti, depending on the season and migration patterns.

Day 7 Serengeti National Park (Full Day Safari)

Spend another day in Serengeti National Park, taking in the majesty of this world-renowned wildlife reserve. You’ll have opportunities to see predators in action and possibly catch the wildebeest migration in action. Overnight in Serengeti.

Day 8 Serengeti to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive to Tarangire National Park. Famous for its elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers an entirely different landscape. Enjoy a game drive in the park before heading to your lodge or camp for the night.

Day 9 Tarangire to Arusha

After a morning game drive in Tarangire, you’ll return to Arusha. Enjoy lunch in Arusha before being transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure, or stay overnight in Arusha if you have additional plans.
